We are sorry that the game doesn't work as it supposed to.

Here are some things that could help:

  1. Try restarting your app (forcibly close it, then open again).
  2. Try restarting your device and re-enter the game.
  3. Make sure our device's OS is updated to the latest version.
  4. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version.
  5. On Android devices, try clearing cache.

Important note! Don’t delete the game, you will lose your progress.

If none of these things help, please be sure to contact our support team — you can do it through mail at support@dominigames.com or directly through the game by clicking the "Technical Support" button on the main menu.

In your request please include: your device model, your OS version and full title of the game. It would really help us if you describe the issue in detail (what happened, when it happened, where you clicked etc.) and attach a screenshot or a screen recording.
