How to send a request from Mystery Files
You can send us a ticket request via Domini Games Zoho Support portal from inside the Mystery Files app. Here's the how to do it:
1. Open the Settings menu by pressing the cog icon ⚙️ in the top right
2. Press the Support ✉️ button

3. Close the "Open with" window by pressing anywhere outside of it
4. Log into your Domini Games Zoho account

5. Wait for the Support form window to open. Press Submit a request.
6. Enter the information about your issue. To attach a screenshot, use the paperclip 🖇️ icon. Press Send. Please don't delete any files or messages after you send your request.
7. You can check the response from our Team in your email inbox (always make sure the response didn't go to Spam) or by entering the Domini Games Zoho Support portal through the game.
