On iOS

  1. Tap the Settings app.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Software Update.
  4. If an update is available, it may be run by tapping Download & Install.

On Android

Please note: The update process varies by model, however the steps below offer a general outline:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap About Phone.
  3. Tap System Updates.
